Q. How do I know when my chauffeur has arrived?
A. If an email address has been provided, you will be alerted via email when the chauffeur is on location.  Requests can be made to either text or call when the chauffeur is on location.

Q. Will the chauffeur ring my doorbell when they arrive?
A. Your chauffeur will be awaiting you as you walk out your door to quickly and safely transport you directly to the location you are going to.

Q. Will the chauffeur be on time?
A. Our chauffeurs are always scheduled to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled pick up time.  This way if they encounter any traffic delays, they will be on location for by your scheduled pick up time.

Q. How soon does billing begin and end for our limousine services?
A. Billing starts at the pick-up and ends at the final drop-off (driving time applies in certain cases).

Q. Is there a minimum hourly requirement?
A. There are no minimums for airport, train station and seaport transfers. There is a three (3) hour minimum rental for all other service types. This is because of the large expense and cost that comes from securing and maintaining our vehicles.

Q. What is your alcohol policy in the limousine?
A. Clients that are of legal drinking age (21 yrs old in PA) are welcome to bring alcoholic beverages. We recommend dropping off these beverages at our location ahead of time; however you can also bring these with you upon pick-up. There is glassware and ice service available in all of our stretch limousines and party buses.

Q. Is smoking allowed in the limousine?
A. Smoking is prohibited in all of our vehicles. The Clean Indoor Air Act (CIAA) prohibits smoking in a public place, and the Act’s definition of public place includes taxicabs, limousines and buses. Please note that smoking is prohibited regardless of whether the vehicle is or is not occupied by a passenger. Motor carriers found to have violated the CIAA are potentially fined up to $1,000.00.

Q. Is the chauffeur tip included?
A. Most companies automatically add an automatic 18-20% surcharge that they claim includes the driver’s gratuity.  Most times, the driver never sees the portion that is supposed to be the gratuity.  At Premiere, the gratuity amount is always at our client’s discretion.

Q.  How much should I be tipping the driver?
A. Typically chauffeurs are tipped between 10 and 20 percent of the overall charge. Chauffeurs prefer a cash gratuity; however it can also be added to a credit card before or after the trip occurs.

Q. What is included in your rates?
A. Most companies will charge you extra for stops, mileage, fuel and tolls. At Premiere, our hourly rates are always all-inclusive with the exception of gratuity.

Q. What do your chauffeurs wear?
A. Our chauffeurs are immaculately presented in traditional uniform.  They will greet you in a black suit, white oxford shirt and black tie.

Q. Where do I meet my chauffeur for Airport pick-up?
A. Each airport has different rules and policies of allowing chauffeurs to leave vehicles unattended to come inside to meet you. Ask your reservation agent for your arriving airport pick up procedures.

Q. What happens if my plane is early or late arriving?
A. No need to worry, we will track and monitor your flight’s arrival. We receive up to the minute flight data through our Flight Tracking Software to ensure your chauffeur will have the exact time of your arrival
