Q. What wineries and breweries will we visit?
A. If you have some favorites, let us know. We will do our best to work them into the itinerary. Some locations do not accept large groups and have policies prohibiting limousines, buses and vans.
Q. How many wineries and breweries will we visit?
A. Our beer tours include 3 stops and our wine tours include 3-4 stops.
Q. I want to visit more than 4 locations. Can you accommodate this request?
A. We are happy to provide transportation for tours that include more than 4 stops. This would be considered a DIY (do it yourself) tour and you would responsible for making all the arrangements with the wineries and/or breweries. A DIY tour uses Premiere #1 Limousine for transportation only.
Q. Where do you pick up?
A. If you book a package that includes a hotel stay, we pick up from the hotel. You decide the location for all other packages, however we recommend a residence or restaurant. Also, it normally works best to choose one location. Using multiple locations can take away from your tour time. We also allow free parking at our 2000 Vine Street, Middletown, PA location.
Q. Who makes all the arrangements?
A. Premiere #1 Limousine will schedule every part of your package, including tastings, tours, hotel stays and more.
Q. Can you we bring alcoholic drinks into the vehicle?
A. Only alcoholic beverages purchased on the wine and beer tours are allowed to be consumed inside the vehicle during the tour.
Q. My package includes a wine tour and a night on the town. Can I bring alcoholic beverages for the night on the town portion?
A. Yes. Outside beverages are permitted for the night on the town portion.
Q. What time do the wine tours start?
A. Wine tours normally start between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. The times vary by time of year, pick up location and enhancements to each package. Some wineries are open later in the summer, but most close around 6:00 PM.
Q. What time do the beer tours start?
A. You can start as early as 11:00 AM and as late as 6:00 PM. For a better experience, we recommend starting earlier in the day. Breweries are open later, but they do get busier in the evening and can not guarantee seating and serving our guests in a timely manner.
Q. How much time will we spend at each location?
A. You will receive a detailed itinerary via email that will show you what your day will look like. Typically, we spend anywhere from 45 minutes to 75 minutes, depending on what that location is offering. Don’t worry about losing track of time. Your chauffeur will remind you when it is time to move on to the next location.
Q. What do I wear?
A. We recommend smart-casual attire and no heels.
Q. I love the package, what do you need to book?
A. We require a 20% non-refundable deposit to book any of our packages unless you are book a tour on a date that is less than 7 days away. Tours booked less than 7 days require the full amount in order to confirm the package.
