This was our first trip to the PA Wine country. I was happy to locate Premier and made our arrangements through them. ... Very pleasant experience for us. Our group of eight had a great time. Lenne our driver was pleasant and professional. Michelle in the office was very professional (and patient) setting up our excursion. We were happy with the three wineries on our tour.read more

We booked this service for my daughter’s birthday. We had no real itinerary. The girls just wanted to drive around and... stop a few places. Our driver, Jim, had great ideas about where to go. We were able to get some fun and amazing pictures. The girls had a blast. What a memory for these kids! Jim was the perfect fit for our group.read more

I was able to book a larger shuttle to the venue and a smaller one for trips home. Their hours are amazing for communication at the customer’s convenience. I recently used Premier #1 bus service to charter a bus for 27 students in the Washington DC area for a day trip to... Gettysburg Battlefield and Inner Harbor in Baltimore Harbor. Our driver, Milt, was top of the line and the communication with Premier #1 was top notch, as I received e-mail confirmation of whom the driver would be, what the itinerary was, when they left their facility, when they arrived at our hotel to pick us up, etc... Our driver, Joe, communicated with me the evening before our event and took part in the surprise for our daughter by... hiding in the neighborhood until we were ready. He went above and beyond. Joe was extremely professional, friendly, and kept in constant contact with us - informing us of each stop. I was very comfortable sending off 8 teenage girls with him. I knew they were in good hands. This was a sweet 16 birthday party and the girls had a wonderful time. A large part of that was due to Joe. We are grateful. I will definitely use Premiere in the future!!!read more

At the last minute on a Saturday afternoon, we needed a 14 passenger van for a day trip. Premiere #1 not only made... arrangements for us in less than an hour, but they provided us with one of their best vans and best drivers! Terri was absolutely amazing! She had everything we needed for the ride, stopped when we needed her too, and even took group pictures for us. She was so friendly and quickly became a member of our group!! We used Premiere 1 for our wedding. We hired 1 limo to transport the wedding party, and one 23 passenger coach to take... guests back and forth from the hotel to the venue. Prices were very reasonable compared to other companies. Initially, the people who answered the phone were always pleasant and helpful. When we had to postpone due to covid, they didn't give us any issues with our date change or when we had to change times. Things were great until it came down to game time.The week leading up to the wedding my wife called to ask if the shuttle could make a small detour along the route to drop off her family since they live along the way. She mentioned to me that the woman on the phone was rude, and I thought that was odd since everyone has been so nice. She told me that same woman would be calling me on Thursday to make the final payment. On Thursday I got a call from Christine (I believe that was her name). The first thing I noticed was that she was very short with me and had an attitude off the bat. After the payment, I asked her to verify that the driver knew to drop off my in-laws at their home and that it wouldn't be an issue. She gave me some more attitude saying "I already told your fiance it's in the notes.... And there it is, still in the notes".Then the day of the wedding, while guests were waiting at the hotel to come to the venue, the shuttle incorrectly showed up to our venue first. We paid for extra time so that there could be 2 trips to bring guests to the wedding (so they wouldn't have to wait around, and so they could socially distance). Now the shuttle was picking up guests at the hotel 30 mins late, so all the guests had to get on at the same time. Our itinerary was clear but their driver failed to follow it. Thankfully all guests arrived on time, but they had to pack in the shuttle. To top it off, at the end of the night, the driver seemed like they had no idea about dropping off my wife's family along the way, despite Christine insisting it was in the notes to the driver.I really wanted to like this company and I'm sure they could do a great job, but for us, it was a mediocre experience with easily avoidable issues.read more

You are awesome. You are always on time, your cars are pristine and your drivers are excellent. Last night, it was very... foggy. I would NOT have driven. Ed was a professional and got us home safely after an extremely long, frustrating trip back from Mexico. It would be crazy to come from or go to the airport any other way! Had a 8 passenger limo for my son’s graduation. Driver was on time however the limo had no working air conditioning and... only 4 bottles of water for 8 people. it was In the 90’s and hot and humid. Our driver, Maria was amazing! She was prompt upon arrival. She was very friendly, polite and an EXCELLENT driver! I’m... sure the stretch limos are hard to navigate and she did great! We felt safe the entire time. We worked out all of our plans with her throughout the day...she was very dependable and was everywhere we needed her to be at the perfect time! Premiere provided buses for our 8th Grade Washington D.C. trip from Ohio which included 80 students, teachers and... chaperones for a five day trip. The driver was always polite, had a positive attitude and ALWAYS made sure that our bus was standing tall. We definitely will be using Premiere for our future needs!read more
