Are you planning a big event? Need to transport some special guests in style? Fortunately, you have options like luxury motorcoaches and minibuses that can carry your whole group in comfort.

If you’re in a hurry, you can let the experts at Premiere #1 Limousine know what you need and have us take care of it. Just call us at (717) 616-8995 to get help making the right choice or make a reservation online today. If you’re trying to choose between a minibus and a motorcoach before you book a pickup, here are a few considerations for each that you should weigh before making the final call.

What Is the Difference Between a Bus and a Minibus?

As you might expect, size is the determiner for when a bus becomes a minibus. A full-size bus can seat 40 to 60 people and will be quite long — usually 30 to 60 feet. Because of their larger size, buses tend to have more room for luggage and personal effects. Some even have bathrooms on board.

Minibuses are smaller, usually carrying anywhere from eight to 40 people depending on the model and its intended application. These vehicles tend to be smaller and are often no more than 30 feet in length. They typically do not include amenities like bathrooms, but may have other special features.

A luxury or party minibus could be equipped with anything from wood tables for executives to big-screen TVs and premium sound systems.

What Is the Difference Between a Minibus and a Motorcoach?

A motorcoach is a very large type of bus that can accommodate up to 60 people. These vehicles have lots of luggage space and are generally 45 to 60-plus feet long. Some celebrities use converted motorcoaches as tour buses because these vehicles have enough room for everything you need to stay very pampered on the road.

Because motorcoaches are so large, they usually have luxurious seating and plenty of amenities. Some even have more than one bathroom.

When Should You Rent a Motorcoach or Minibus?

Both minibuses and motorcoaches are excellent for numerous special occasions and events involving travel, such as:

  • Corporate events and airport transport
  • Tours
  • Proms
  • Wine or beer tours
  • Weddings
  • Bachelor and bachelorette parties
  • Sporting events
  • Group trips and vacations

Today’s vehicle makers incorporate lots of extras into their various models, so you and your guests may be able to enjoy Wi-Fi, charging stations, big-screen TVs, minibars, leather seats, recliners and more. Motorcoaches and buses have more room for these amenities, but even minibuses can have lots of deluxe details to make your travel luxurious.

These vehicles are a safe way to get around and spend quality time with your group on the way to your destination.

Which One Is Right for You?

When you’re weighing a minibus versus a motorcoach, here’s what you’ll want to consider:

  • The number of people in your party: You want everyone to be able to sit and fit comfortably. Premiere #1 Limousine has luxury minibuses that hold from 14 to 38 people, while our largest motorcoach allows up to 56.
  • Accessibility: Because of their size, buses and motorcoaches are more likely to have accessibility features and the ability to support wheelchair users. Consider your party’s accessibility requirements and reach out to the rental provider if necessary to inquire about a specific vehicle.
  • Parking and driving: Minibuses are often used for tours and airport shuttles, and they can maneuver easily on most roads. Motorcoaches and buses are designed for city travel, but their longer size can make them harder to handle or park on narrow city streets. When you leave the driving to Premiere #1 Limousine, you don’t have to worry about either — your driver will be waiting for you.
  • Distance: If you’re traveling for a long time, having at least one bathroom makes for a more comfortable experience. Having lots of legroom and maybe a minbar or entertainment options such as a DVD player and TV can make the time pass quickly.
  • Cost: Larger vehicles tend to cost more, but they’re well worth it for large groups, especially considering the cost of having guests take their own vehicles and arrange for parking.

Are you planning a trip to Hersheypark with friends or family? Whether you’re a rookie or an avid Hershey fan, Hersheypark promises fun for all ages. This guide will give you everything you need to know before going to Hersheypark and essential tips to make the most of your trip.

6 Months Out: Plan Your Ideal Time to Visit

Six months before you hope to travel to Hershey, start by considering the following:

  • Time of year: The best months to go to Hersheypark are in late spring and early autumn, so you can enjoy the park’s attractions comfortably. Summer is peak season, which could mean more crowds and longer lines.
  • Operational hours: Check operating schedules, as the park may extend hours during certain times of year.
  • Accommodations: Hersheypark offers on-site resorts for easy access. Book early for the best deals.
  • Transportation: Consider group transportation for a carefree experience to and from the park.

3 Months Out: Set Your Hersheypark Itinerary

At this point, the excitement increases as you map out your days in the park:

  • Research park attractions: Go online to browse the park’s various attractions, rides and shows.
  • Plan meals: Whether you prefer restaurants or fast food, planning meals saves you time.
  • Factor in park experiences: Hersheypark offers unique character meet-and-greets and shows.
  • Buy tickets: Look for online deals or consider multi-day passes to save money.

2 Weeks Out: Prepare for Your Trip

As your trip to Hersheypark approaches, here are the essential steps to take two weeks before your visit:

  • Reconfirm bookings and events: Double-check bookings and travel details like pick-up and drop-off times. You will also want to visit the Hersheypark website to confirm events you’re planning on attending.
  • Check the weather forecast: See what the weather will be like in Hershey during your trip, and remember to pack accordingly.
  • Create a packing list: In addition to clothing and toiletries, include items you’ll want to bring into the park like a water bottle, comfortable shoes, a hat and sunglasses.
  • Plan for souvenirs: Set a budget for souvenirs, keepsakes and merchandise.
  • Communicate with everyone in your party: Share your ideal itinerary with everyone you’re travelling with as well as any meeting points and other need-to-know information.
  • Gather travel documents and tickets: Gather IDs, park tickets and membership cards for everyone in your group.

Day of Your Visit: Embark on Your Hersheypark Adventure

It’s time to enjoy the fruits of your meticulous planning! The night before, pack a light purse or bookbag to bring into the park, and include items like sunscreen, sunglasses and a jacket, depending on the time of year you visit. You’ll also want to pack phone chargers so you can take lots of photos throughout the day. While the park does not allow you to bring in outside food or drink, you can bring one sealed water bottle per person to stay hydrated.

Begin your day early to maximize your time at Hersheypark. Aim to arrive about 30 minutes before opening to allow for time to go through ticketing and security lines. Remember to stay flexible as plans change, and relax! With these tips in mind, your day at Hersheypark will be full of sweet memories.

Knowing exactly what a charter bus looks like can be helpful for several reasons. Maybe you’re joining a tour group and want to be fully prepared before you climb on the bus, or maybe you’re thinking of renting a charter bus for an activity with friends or family and want to ensure it meets your needs. Here’s everything you need to know about what a charter bus looks like inside.

Common Charter Bus Features

People usually ask several common questions about the interior of these vehicles, like whether charter buses have a bathroom or Wi-Fi. These are all great questions, and knowing the answers to them will help you prepare for your next charter bus trip. Some features you’ll find inside these vehicles include:

Seats

The seats in a charter bus are designed for comfort. They’re typically cushy with a reclining option and a comfortable headrest. Exact seat spacing depends on the bus — some charter buses have two seats on each side of the aisle, while others have three. Whether your goal is to sit with your best friend or meet someone new, you should have plenty of space. If you need extra accommodation, let your trip leader know.

Bathroom

Yes, charter buses do have a bathroom! Because these buses serve large groups and often travel long distances, it’s essential for them to have restrooms available. These spaces are similar to the bathrooms you’ll encounter on an airplane. They’re compact and clean, and they feature a toilet that empties into a covered holding tank.

Knowing how to use the bathroom on a charter bus before your trip can be helpful to ensure your peace of mind. These areas are usually located at the back of the bus. Once you lock the door, a lighted sign will let other passengers know you’re inside. Once you’re finished, flush the toilet with the blue formaldehyde solution and wash your hands to keep everything sanitary and odor-free.

Outlets and Wi-Fi

Not every charter bus has free Wi-Fi and outlets, but most modern buses do. Charter buses that are booked for long distances are more likely to have these amenities since there’s a higher chance that passengers will need them. If you rent a high-end charter bus, you may even have personal television screens that provide entertainment during the journey.

Riding on a charter bus can add a lot of fun to your next adventure. However, if you experience motion sickness or claustrophobia or want to enjoy the view as you travel, you might worry about getting a good seat. Keep reading to learn everything you need to know about how to find the best seat on a charter bus.

You Get Motion Sick

If you suffer from motion sickness, picking seats located over the wheels and in the middle of the bus would be beneficial for you. You might also want to choose seats that allow a clear view forward — aisle seats are often the best choice because you can see the horizon at all times.

You’d Like More Space

If you’re concerned about not having enough space, the best place to sit on a bus trip is usually an aisle seat. This is because you might feel trapped in a window seat since there’s another person between you and the aisle. In the end, though, you can choose the space that works best for you.

You Want to Sleep

If your goal is to sleep, sitting by a window is helpful because you won’t have to get up to let others out. Also, you might want to consider sitting toward the front, since people going in and out of the bathroom at the back of the bus might disturb you.

You Want a Good View

When you are traveling through a scenic area and want the best view, there are several good options. Seats close to the front of a bus often have the best view forward. Window seats can also be great options for seeing the view, but they typically don’t offer good visibility for the other side of the bus.

You Want a Smooth Ride

You may want to leave some space between you and the back of the bus if you would prefer a smooth ride. Back seats are notorious for being more bouncy and causing motion sickness. The most comfortable seats on a bus tend to be toward the front of the vehicle or directly over the wheels.

.meta-box {display:none}

A charter bus is a private form of transportation that a group or organization uses to travel to a specific destination. Unlike a public bus that has a specific route, a charter bus can go anywhere to fit your group’s itinerary. These vehicles also often come with many amenities to make your journey more enjoyable.

When organizing a group trip, you need to decide how everyone will get to the destination. Charter buses make this part of planning significantly easier, and renting these vehicles is one of the best ways to travel safely and efficiently with a group.

How Many Fit on a Charter Bus?

Charter buses come in various sizes and types that vary in seating capacity. Motorcoaches can have as many as 56 seats to fit larger groups. There are also charter buses known as minibusses that seat as few as 14 passengers and are suitable for smaller groups. The number of people a charter bus can fit ranges between these two numbers, accommodating various group sizes.

Benefits of Renting a Charter Bus

Charter buses are ideal transportation options for large groups, as they offer unique advantages for people traveling together to the same event. Here are a few benefits of hiring a charter bus:

  • Convenient: This option takes the stress out of traveling with a group. Everyone will be in one spacious transport where you can easily communicate with each other and enjoy the ride. You can also keep track of everyone and ensure that you remain together.
  • Cost-effective: Charter buses can be less expensive for groups than other forms of transportation, and many of these rentals offer numerous discounts for groups. Renting a charter bus is also more fuel-efficient than traveling in multiple cars, which can reduce costs significantly.
  • Safe: Your safety and security are always prioritized with this form of travel. The drivers are trained professionals who will ensure that you arrive at your destination safely. The buses are also required to undergo inspections and maintenance so that passengers have a safe journey.
  • Comfortable: Charter buses have comfortable and spacious seating allowing you to stretch your legs at will. Most charter buses also come with amenities like Wi-Fi connectivity that make the journey even more pleasant.

MotorcoachesWhat Are the Different Types of Buses You Can Rent?

Renting the right bus involves many considerations, and with the various options that bus charter companies offer, it can be a challenging decision to make. Factors like the number of people that will be traveling, amenities and trip distance will influence your choice. Here are some of the buses you can rent:

  • Motorcoach: A motorcoach is the largest type of charter bus and the most luxurious option. It is suitable for groups that have up to 56 passengers and is perfect for long-distance travel. Some options are wheelchair-accessible, making it possible for all individuals to travel with you.
  • Minibus: A minibus is smaller than a motorcoach but features several of the same amenities. It can accommodate 38 passengers or less, depending on the one you choose. This option is great for smaller groups going on short trips.
  • Executive limo bus: An executive limo bus is a vehicle that has various amenities for comfort, such as plush seats and spacious tables. It usually seats about 20 people and is ideal for when you want more space during your trip.

What Is the Difference Between a Minibus and an Executive Limo Bus?

While both of these charter buses are available at bus or vehicle rental companies and come with professional drivers, they have numerous differences. The main variations between minibuses and executive limo buses are their designs and uses. Minibuses are smaller versions of motorcoaches, while executive limo buses often have tables and benches and allow passengers to face each other.

Minibuses feature rows of seats that face the front of the vehicle. Luxury minibuses are larger options that may include additional amenities, like TV screens for watching movies. These rental vehicles are ideal for sports teams traveling to games or tourists who want to explore an area.

Executive limo buses often hold fewer people than minibuses, but they feature more room. These vehicles are built to accommodate individuals traveling for business or pleasure purposes. They are ideal if your group needs to work on laptops or wants to play board games during the trip.

What Amenities Are Available on a Charter Bus?

Different companies offer amenities that sometimes vary from one charter bus to the next. When renting a charter bus, you should review the amenities and choose an option with features that best suit your group’s needs. Here are some things you may find on a charter bus:

  • Comfortable and spacious seats
  • CD and DVD player
  • Wi-Fi connectivity
  • Air conditioning
  • Charging outlets
  • Bathroom

How Much Storage Space Does a Charter Bus Have?

Charter buses are known for having a significant amount of storage space. These kinds of buses, especially motorcoaches, are built to transport large groups for long-distance travel. As a result, they feature lots of storage space to accommodate the people who use the bus.

In many charter buses, you will find overhead storage to keep your personal items close during your journey. They also frequently have ample storage under the bus that can fit various kinds of luggage. These storage bays usually have enough space for each passenger to bring a suitcase when necessary.

Who Should Rent a Charter Bus?

A charter bus is an ideal form of transportation for people in groups of various sizes. These vehicles are perfect for groups that need efficient, safe and organized transportation. Some large groups that may benefit from a charter bus include:

  • Employees
  • Students
  • Sports teams
  • Wedding guests
  • Church members

What to Bring on a Party Bus

With younger generations going to parties or events almost three times a week, it’s no surprise that Americans like to party. But there’s no reason for the party to stop as you’re traveling from one destination to the next. Party buses keep the party going while you’re being chauffeured to your next bar or locale.

Before you board your party bus, prepare a few essential things to bring to make the most of your event and accommodate all of your group’s needs.

Drinks to Bring on a Party Bus

Drinks make any party, whether you’re trying to stay hydrated or looking to share a round of shots with your friends. Consider what drinks are popular choices in your group and whether you can stock each on the party bus. There are also some options you can choose that most people will be happy to have.

  • Beer: There is a culture around beer that has kept it a popular choice for generations. Almost every bar serves beer, and you’d be hard-pressed to find a party without it. You can go with a famous brand, like Budweiser, or you can choose something like a local IPA to make the experience unique. Beer will also keep you from getting intoxicated too quickly. You’ll be on the party bus for a while, and you don’t want to get too far ahead before the party has even started.
  • Wine: Like beer, there’s a culture around wine and an air of sophistication that makes it an exceptional choice, whether you’re headed to a bar or taking part in a wine tour. You can pick a brand that’s a little more common, or you can test the group’s tastebuds with something a little more elevated. It might be a good idea to pick a white wine over a red to limit the chances of staining your clothes.
  • Liquor: Liquor is a staple to any party, and you can choose from many types and brands. Partiers drink more vodka than any other spirit, and it’s perfect if you want to start the night off strong. Whiskey is another popular choice in many states, so consider bringing some on your party bus. You can also include gin, rum and plenty of mixers so your group can make some fantastic mixed drinks. Since spirits are stronger than beer and wine, take it slow and drink responsibly.
  • Water and Juice: Some members of your group may not be big alcohol drinkers and would appreciate an alternative. It’s also a good idea to have water on hand to drink between alcoholic beverages to reduce the symptoms of a hangover the next day. If someone drinks too much too fast and feels that they might be getting sick, have water readily available for them.

Food to Bring on a Party Bus

If you’re drinking alcohol, supplement it with some party bus snacks. It’s also good to have some snacks on hand while you’re traveling between locations. Popular party bus food ideas include:

  • Trail mix: You can buy trail mix or make your own by combining some of your favorite snacks, like raisins, pretzels, small chocolates, fruits, nuts and granola.
  • Cheese: Cheese is easy to snack on, and there are multiple variations to choose from, such as cheddar, pepper jack, colby jack and mozzarella.
  • Sliced meats: Pepperoni, salami, turkey and ham slices go well with cheese and provide that little extra boost of protein to keep you energized throughout the day.
  • Fruits and veggies: These make for a healthy snack, and you can cut them into bite-sized pieces. They’re also great options for group members with dietary restrictions, such as those who are lactose intolerant, vegetarian or vegan.
  • Energy bars: You’re going to be spending a lot of energy partying at each new location. Energy bars are an ideal option to maintain your vigor and keep the party going.

It’s probably best to stick to finger food since you’ll be in a moving vehicle, and it’s simple to eat and easy to make. You also won’t have to clean up a huge mess, and you’ll save plenty of room for a bigger meal at your destination. You can make the experience a little more sophisticated and combine some of these ideas to create your very own charcuterie board. The options are endless, but make sure to check with your group to determine if anyone has a food allergy you need to accommodate.

Party Supplies

Food and drink are important, but there are other things to make a party. Party buses have their iconic flair and flamboyance, but you can add your personal touch. Some people come prepared with a theme and bring decorations and party favors to enhance the experience. Bachelor or bachelorette parties are an excellent opportunity to throw a theme into the mix. Themes bring opportunities for fun, such as dressing up in extravagant costumes or making personalized t-shirts that your group can keep as a party favor.

It’s also fun to bring confetti and party poppers to build on the excitement. No matter what you’re going for, these items will bring your event to the next level. Just remember that you’ll have to clear and clean the decorations at the end of the night, so only decorate with what you’re prepared to clean up.

You’ll also want to bring materials to hang your decorations with, such as tape and scissors. Bringing pen and paper is always a good idea too because you’ll never know when you need to write something down.

If you plan on bringing drinks onto the party bus, have a cooler filled with ice so you can serve your drinks chilled. Disposable cups, plates and utensils are thoughtful additions because they’re easy to clean, and you don’t risk breaking a plate while the bus is in motion.

After the party is over, you’ll need to have materials on hand to clean everything up, including paper towels, trash bags, wet wipes and other items you can use to clean any spills and collect leftover trash.

The Ultimate Playlist

Music is an essential tool to perfect any party. You can pick from a curated playlist with the most popular party songs throughout the decades, or you can create your own! Talk with your group and see what music they’d like to include in the playlist. Adding a personal touch helps ensure there’s something for everyone.

If you plan on streaming your party playlist from your phone, be sure to check ahead with your party bus service to determine how you can connect your phone to their sound system.

Cash

No matter where you’re going, you’ll want to have some money on you. Many places charge an admissions fee, and you’ll need to cover the costs for food and drinks at each stop. If you’re headed to a landmark or on a beer and wine tour, there may be a gift shop or local stores nearby where you can pick up souvenirs to help you cherish these moments.

At the end of your trip, you can also tip the driver if you feel that they’ve done an excellent job. This is not a requirement and is up to your discretion, but chauffers greatly appreciate it!

Personal Items

Personal Items

We all have items that we don’t leave the house without, and these should follow you onto the party bus so you have everything you might need. Check to make sure you board the bus with these essential items:

  • Cell phone and charger: You’ll want to stay connected to record and share your exciting moments aboard the party bus. Bring a charger to make sure your phone has enough battery. It’s also a good idea to keep your phone on you and charged in case you need to make a phone call or get separated from the group and need to find your way back.
  • House and car keys: Check at the start of the party to make sure your keys are in your pocket or bag. Place them in a secure area on the party bus or give them to a trusted friend if you think you’re going to have a hard time keeping track of them.
  • Personal medications: Some of us have to take medications at certain times of the day. Know when you’re going to be on the party bus so you can plan to bring the proper medication. You may also want to set reminders on your phone so you know when to take each dose.

Emergency Kit

It’s always a good idea to plan for the unexpected. Even if an emergency doesn’t happen, it’s better to be prepared than be caught off guard. Bring an emergency kit with you that’s stocked with all the necessities, such as:

  • A first-aid kit: Sometimes, a scrape or bruise will happen and having a first-aid kit will give you peace of mind. The American Red Cross has a great guide to building your own first aid kit. Be sure to take a headcount of your party and pack enough supplies.
  • A flashlight and extra batteries: Unexpected outages happen anytime, and you don’t want to be caught in the dark. Using your phone’s flashlight will waste its battery, so it’s better to pack a portable flashlight and extra batteries that you can use to make your way around until the lights come back on.
  • Motion sickness medication: Party buses are always on the move, and some people get more nauseous in vehicles than others, especially if alcohol is involved. Keep some motion sickness medication on hand to accommodate your group’s needs.
  • Feminine hygiene products: Life often catches us by surprise, and things happen sooner than we expected them to. Bringing feminine hygiene products is a kindness to your female group members who may have forgotten to bring their own. You can be discreet with this if you’d like by stashing these products in a personal bag or an inconspicuous container.

An Itinerary

Scheduling your party bus stops ensures that you and your group get to experience as many activities as possible. You’ll want to plan to make stops at each destination, whether that’s a landmark, shop or bar. Allow for a bit of flexibility to account for traffic and extra stops you might need to make.

Also, check to see if your party bus has a bathroom. If not, you’ll want to account for bathroom breaks in your itinerary. These breaks will occur more frequently if members of your party are drinking alcohol.

A good rule of thumb is to plan to stop every half hour or so. You may not need to stop this frequently, but it will make it easier to stick to your plan, and you may end up running ahead of schedule.

Party Bus Games

No party is complete without some exciting games to play with the whole group! Some games require a surface to play on, so check with your party bus service to determine if there will be any tabletops available so you can choose your games accordingly.

Party Bus Games

You can go far with a deck of cards. A game like King’s Cup only requires playing cards, something to drink and a small surface. Drinking games are ideal for an adult group aboard your party bus, especially while you’re in-between travel to the next bar. Games like Head’s Up are also popular because they can be downloaded on any smartphone and require no other materials.

Spice up the night with classic party games like Truth or Dare, Charades or Never Have I Ever. Plan to have your games ready to go before you board the bus so you can start having fun right away!

Other Things to Bring on a Party Bus

If you’re going to be spending a lot of time walking, it’s a good idea to bring an extra pair of comfortable shoes. This is especially important if you wear heels or similar shoes that can cause foot pain after extended periods. A comfortable change of clothes is also a good idea if a spill or accident happens or your first outfit becomes uncomfortable.

Finally, you should bring a camera if you don’t plan on using the one on your smartphone. You’ll want to document these memories so you can reminisce with friends about the fantastic trip you had. You can even bring an instant camera to capture the moment and share a physical representation of your memories with the group.

How to Have Fun on a Party Bus

Renting a party bus offers a great venue for any type of party or celebration. Many people believe a fun party bus experience requires alcohol, but there are tons of ways to partake in fun party bus activities for people of all ages.

Create a family-friendly atmosphere for birthday, wedding or sporting event celebrations. Celebrating on a party bus takes some preparation, but the payoff is more than worth it. Prepare an exciting trip with your friends and family packed with fun party bus games for a memorable experience.

What to Do on a Party Bus

What to Do on a Party Bus

Renting a party bus can be the start of a memorable night, no matter the occasion. The activities you do on the bus are just as important as building excitement for all your invitees. For that reason, we have compiled six fun things to do on a party bus for attendees of all ages:

Choose a Theme

1. Choose a Theme

Choosing a theme is a great way to get everyone excited for your night. Your theme options are limitless, and they may help you plan your activities for the trip. Set a dress code according to the theme to get everyone involved.

If you opt for a Halloween theme, your guests can wear fun costumes, carve pumpkins and snack on candy corn during the ride. A decade theme — such as the 80s or 90s — helps you easily choose the music, and apparel is easy to come by.

Sports-themed party buses can be decked out in team spirit for any and every sport, and you can listen to a live broadcast of a game everyone enjoys. If you want to keep it casual, a pajama party could emulate a sleepover from your childhood with your best friends.

Your theme could also relate to your destination. Dress to the nines and go to a cheap restaurant with your party bus for funny looks and an interesting experience. Renting a party bus is all about having fun, so choose a theme you and your guests can commit to.

2. Do Karaoke

Karaoke is a great way to include everyone on the bus in a fun experience. If you choose a theme, you can pre-select songs that help drive home the concept. Draw names out of a hat to decide who takes the stage, and give each participant 10-15 minutes to practice. Remember to prepare a list of songs before everyone arrives for a seamless experience.

Your songs, however, do not have to align with a theme. Allow your guests to choose any song they like and let them sing their hearts out. For a little competition, have a sing-off to determine the best vocalist on the bus.

3. Bring Along Games

Tons of card, board and trivia games make great entertainment for an exciting party bus experience. Card and board games are excellent for groups with a wide range of ages present. Uno, Go Fish, Apples to Apples and The Game of Life offer good options for game nights on a party bus.

Be sure to check with the party bus rental company to find out whether tables are available. The layout of some party buses may make it difficult to congregate everyone around a comfortable location. Many card or board games are available as apps on various mobile devices, so you could also preinstall the games for the utmost preparation!

4. Decorate the Bus

If you choose a theme, decorating the bus will make it come to life. Disco concepts may warrant a disco ball and glitter, and ghost decorations are fun for Halloween. Inexpensive holiday theme decorations are easy to find. If you feel extra creative, you can also create your own.

If you don’t have a theme, you could also decorate the bus according to your destination or occasion for celebration. For birthday parties, put up fun streamers, “happy birthday” signs and party hats to center the gathering around the guest of honor’s birthday. Weddings are fitting opportunities to rent a party bus, and you can decorate the bus with wedding-themed decor to honor the couple.

5. Play Dance Revolution

Do you and your guests like music but dislike singing? A dance party is a great way to build the energy on a party bus. Whether you choose songs in advance that match your theme or put on a random playlist, you and your guests can burn up the dance floor.

Keep in mind that the party bus will be in motion. Remember to be careful as you dance your hearts out. Check with the rental company in advance to ensure your party bus rental will have plenty of room to bust out all the best dance moves.

6. Color

After you spend all that energy on singing and dancing, you and your guests may need a break. Purchase some cheap coloring books or print out individual pages for your guests to color while you hold casual conversation and listen to music. Remember to bring coloring utensils — crayons, colored pencils or markers are all great options. If you bring colored pencils, a sharpener will come in handy!

Check with the rental company to find out if there are tables to use while you color. If not, bring along some clipboards or portable hard surfaces to put underneath the coloring sheets.

Party Bus Games for All Ages

Party Bus Games for All Ages

Party buses are fun for all ages when you plan properly. Include the kids in your family for a family-friendly celebration. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday party or just want a reason to get together, a party bus offers an exciting venue for any kind of celebration for all ages.

You’ll want to make sure you keep everyone entertained, especially with kids. Here are six fun games to play on a party bus that will appeal to all ages:

1. Charades

Charades easily adapts to any venue, especially when you set a theme. You can either devise themed charades ideas in advance or solicit ideas from attendees. However, if you choose not to select a theme or your concept doesn’t offer easy ideas to act out, the game can still be tons of fun.

Remember that charades ideas need to be acted out in a practical way. Choose prompts that kids and adults alike can guess to ensure everyone feels included. Add an element of competition by offering a prize or reward for the person or team with the most points. Whether you bring the reward on the bus or purchase it at your destination, your guests will love receiving prizes!

2. Telephone

Start an old-fashioned game of telephone for a fun, family-friendly activity. One person at the front of the bus comes up with a phrase or sentence and whispers it to the person next to them. Each individual repeats what they heard to the person next to them until it reaches the last one on the bus, who shares the phrase or sentence with everyone else. Everyone can have a laugh at how different the end result is from the starting phrase!

Take turns coming up with prompts to travel around the bus. Beginning with a wide variety of phrases makes it even more difficult to accurately pass the message around the bus, and hearing the end result is extra funny when you devise the initial prompt on your own.

3. Statues

Many people enjoy dancing, and you can easily make a game out of it. To play statues, turn the music up and dance along. When the music stops, everyone must freeze as if they were a statue. Anyone who moves while the music is paused is out, and the last person on the dance floor wins.

Whether you play with pre-selected music or random songs, statues is fun for everyone. With this game, you can avoid the pressure of trying to find music everyone knows the words to. Kids and adults alike can participate in statues and have lots of fun trying to stay still on the bus. Offer a reward for winners to increase the competition.

4. Two Truths and a Lie

The rules for two truths and a lie are simple — every individual will give three statements about themselves. Two of the statements are true, but one is a lie. Everyone else must guess which statement is the lie. Test your knowledge about your friends or family and learn more about each other.

Two truths and a lie offers a great opportunity to get to know people. If you have a large group of people who are meeting for the first time on the bus, two truths and a lie can help them get acquainted. Share wild facts about yourselves and test your ability to lie to your close friends.

5. License Plate Scavenger Hunt

You can create numerous versions of a license plate scavenger hunt for passengers to participate in. Compile a list of license plate attributes for participants to find — this may include states, team representations or other vanity plates. You decide how to award points. Some variations declare the person who finds the most unique license plate as the winner, whereas others assign points for various plate attributes.

The license plate scavenger hunt works well for people of all ages, but it is easiest to play in the daytime when the sun shines bright. The game gets difficult to play with fewer visible license plates at night. This scavenger hunt also becomes much more interesting when the party bus is surrounded by cars.

6. What’s in the Bag?

People who carry handbags infamously accumulate random objects. Create a list of things that may be in a purse before the bus ride begins. Separate the passengers into groups and ensure each group has individuals with handbags. The game host then calls out an item, and the first group to produce that item from a handbag gets a point. For items that are less common, you may consider assigning a higher point value for rarity.

Party Bus Ideas for Adults

There are many occasions for which a party bus offers a great venue, but some of them do not suit children. Bachelor and bachelorette parties or nightclubs typically center around adults, which means there are more options for entertainment. While the previously mentioned ideas are still fun for adult parties, we have four more recommendations for how to have fun on a party bus.

1. Mixing Drinks

With proper preparation, a party bus is a great opportunity to try new drinks with your friends. Request that everyone bring a recipe for their favorite drink or cocktail to share with the rest of the passengers. You can try new things, have fun with your friends and introduce tasty new mixtures to the group.

2. Cards Against Humanity

Cards Against Humanity is an adult version of Apples to Apples that leads to lots of laughs. This game is inappropriate for kids, but a group of adults could have a great time with these hilarious cards. With expansion packs available, you can play a never-ending game of Cards Against Humanity with cards you may have never seen before. Remember to plan ahead — make sure the party bus has a table or surface to play the cards on.

3. Taste Testing

Bring along a blindfold and take turns sipping drinks, alcoholic or not. The tester must guess what they are drinking. If you want to make the game more interesting, include odd liquids like ketchup or oil in addition to the regular drinks. The tester may be in for a surprise when they take a small sip from a glass just to find out they are sipping on a condiment!

Make sure you are aware of everyone’s allergies for food and drink games like this — a party bus experience could be easily ruined or delayed if you have to take a trip to the hospital because of a mistake.

4. Drinking Games

We have already given plenty of games that are great for a party bus, but you can add an extra element of fun if you turn them into drinking games. Take a drink every time you see a license plate from a particular state or each time you incorrectly guess the prompt in charades.

Remember to always drink safely. Play drinking games and interchange your alcoholic drinks with another beverage, such as water, to ensure you enjoy all of your time on the party bus. Your rental is much more fun when you’re present for all of it.

August 21, 2018 (Middletown, Pa.) – Premiere #1 Limousine Service ranked on Central Penn Business Journal’s (CPBJ) 2018 50 Fastest-Growing Companies in Dauphin County List, marking the fifth consecutive year.

Entering companies were required to submit financial information for review by CPBJ’s editorial staff. Out of more than 2,500 companies in the region, only 33 met the qualifications to make the list, which included comparing and averaging each company’s percentage and dollar growth over one and two years. Premiere ranked No. 10.

“A company is expected to grow in its early years, but to maintain growth over five consecutive years is tough to do,” said Douglas Rydbom, Sr. Member, Premiere #1 Limousine Service. “We make sure to continue to stay up with the trends and change with the times and the demands of today. This involves constant adjustments to our vehicles and services, such as adding eight motorcoaches to our fleet in just a two-year timeframe.”

Along with this recognition, Premiere won a plethora of awards over the years from CPBJ for diverse initiatives such as growth, service to the community, and acknowledgement as a top-rated regional company in different categories. A few previous awards include the 2017 Business of the Year Award in the 51 to 100 Employees Category, multiple finalist qualifications for the Business of the Year Award, numerous rankings on the Veteran-Owned Business List, and countless appearances in the Book of Lists.

“Central Pa. is full of successful businesses in all industries,” says Douglas Rydbom, Sr. Member of Premiere #1 Limousine Service.  “To be listed on not one but three lists is an honor. Our staff collectively and consistently works hard and as we continue to grow and improve, it’s nice to be recognized.”

According to the CPBJ, most lists are created with the help of opt-in surveys that take place throughout the year. The only requirements are that they have a physical presence in the area and be willing to share information with CPBJ readers.

The goal of the CPBJ Book of Lists is to “create a comprehensive source of information for business in Central Pennsylvania.”

“We have always valued the Book of Lists and look forward to it being released each year,” says Rydbom.  “Being ranked on three lists is a new high for us, and we hope to continue to keep growing and remain a top contender in the Central Pa. region.”

If you’ve never enjoyed chauffeured limo service, you’re missing out.

chauffeur driverNot every driving situation calls for limousine chauffeurs, of course, but you should never pass up an opportunity to use a transportation chauffeur service. Here’s why:

1. Chauffeured Limo Services Reduce Stress

In your normal course of driving, there’s a lot you have to think about. You have to worry about directions, navigating traffic and careless drivers. Then there’s stopping for gas, paying tolls and parking. When you take advantage of a chauffeured limo service, you don’t have to worry about any of those things. You can just sit back, relax and enjoy the trip. If you’re heading somewhere that pays to walk in at a low-stress level, a car chauffeur service could be just what the doctor ordered.

2. You Can Relax and Enjoy the View

How often have you actually seen the world around you while driving? When you’re driving, you’re focused. You’re looking at the road ahead of you and the drivers around you. However, there’s a whole beautiful world out there to see. When you have limousine chauffeurs behind the wheel, you’re free to look out at the city and enjoy all its wonders.

3.You Get Time Back

There’s not much you can do while driving. Sure, if you’ve got a hands-free phone you can make some calls, but it can be tough to concentrate, and you can’t do much else. When you’re being driven to your location in a luxury vehicle, you can make calls, catch up on work, play games or just relax and take a little nap in luxury.

4. Show up in Style

There are some occasions where you just want to make sure you impress the moment you step out of the car. For a lot of us, our old reliable family sedan just isn’t going to do it. When you show up in a chauffeured limousine, however, you’re making an entrance just about anybody is bound to be impressed with.

5. You Get the Treatment You Deserve

There’s a good chance you spend a lot of time driving others around. Isn’t it about time you have a turn? Limousine chauffeurs trained in personal service can show you what it’s like to be pampered and waited on. You will have someone who provides a friendly greeting, open and closes the door, and assists with loading and unloading any belongings.

If you haven’t ever taken advantage of chauffeured limo service, the time to do it is now. If you’re traveling in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, or around the Central Pa. area, the service to call is Premiere #1 Limousine Service. We offer quality transportation with an easy online reservation process and virtually instant reservation confirmation. Just tell us when to show up and where to go and you’re covered. You can sit back, relax and enjoy the ride.

If you’ve ever seen a limousine company in action, you probably realize there are many different types of limos. Not all vehicles are appropriate for all occasions, but each type offers unique limousine services. You may be interested in what’s available if you’re considering renting a limousine yourself in Central Pennsylvania.

Whether you’re looking for a party limousine, transportation to college, the airport or a business meeting, or a limousine car to take you to a convention, one of these four most common limousine types will probably be right for you.

Luxury Sedan

A luxury sedan might be a car like a Cadillac XTS, Mercedes-Benz E-Class or BMW 740Ld xDrive. It’s the type of car you might drive yourself if you had the means and the desire to do so.

Mercedes-Benz E-ClassAs these are sized more like traditional cars, they are generally only appropriate for taking one to two people, or sometimes three.

Stretch Limo

This is the vehicle that comes to mind when most people think of a limousine.

Lincoln Stretch LimousineThese serve as party limousines, take people to proms and weddings, and generally fulfill the functions we expect from limousines. They typically seat about eight people very comfortably.

Stretch SUV

A stretch SUV is the same idea as the stretch limo, but it’s a little bigger, with more room to move. A Hummer limo or Cadillac Escalade limo are prime examples. These limousines can usually carry as many as 18 passengers comfortably, and are unmistakable on the road. If you really want to make an entrance and turn plenty of heads on your way to your destination, a stretch SUV limo can be a great investment.

H2 Hummer LimousineInside, you’ll find enough amenities to have a pretty good time before you even arrive at your destination, although the stretch SUV limo is usually not quite as fully loaded as the party bus.

Party Bus

When you get to the 30-person party bus, the journey becomes the destination. This vehicle is appropriately named, as there’s plenty of room for a party with all your friends to take place in the bus itself. These buses typically come equipped with special lighting, sound and entertainment systems, everything you need to have a great time on your way to your bachelor or bachelorette party, New Year’s Eve celebration or other big event.

Party BusIf you’re interested in a party bus rental in Central Pennsylvania, or in renting any size limousine, contact Premiere #1 Limousine Service first. We have the most impressive fleet of limousines in the midstate and an easy online reservation system to make setting up your limo service a snap. You’ll get virtually instant confirmation of your reservation, so you can relax and wait for us to arrive on the day of your big event.

Van Hool Lift

Middletown, PA – Premiere #1 Limousine Service adds its first handicap-accessible, 56-passenger motorcoach to its fleet.

The motorcoach is a 2016 Van Hool CX45. Equipped with a wheelchair lift, the bus can accommodate two wheelchairs at one time.

The Van Hool was purchased from ABC Companies in Camden, New Jersey. This is the third 56-passenger motorcoach to be added to Premiere’s fleet, joining the two previously purchased Volvo 9700 models. All three motorcoaches were added to the fleet within an 18-month span.

“When we added the first two motorcoaches, we were striving to meet the demands of our clients and the region,” explains Douglas Rydbom, Sr. Member of Premiere. “The addition of this motorcoach was for the same purpose – accommodating all of our clients and making sure that we provide transportation to anyone in need.”

Passengers of the new handicap-accessible motorcoach will still receive chauffeur-driven services, as do all other vehicles in the fleet.

“We are happy to have a handicap-accessible motorcoach and still be able to provide the same professionalism with our chauffeured services and email updates for each reservation,” says Rydbom. “We want to spread the word about this new addition to our fleet so that we can service those who need it.”

A limousine can make or break your experience on a special night out or for celebrating one of life’s greatest milestones. Whether it’s your bachelor party, prom or one of the big birthdays, riding in style will take your party to the next level to be sure. We’d all like to be a VIP for a day, right?

Booking Your Ride

Before you rush out and book a limousine service, there are a few things you should know.

How to Rent a Limo
Step 1: Determine How Long You Will Need The Limousine
Step 2: Watch for High-Demand Time Periods
Step 3: Get a Head Count of Everyone Riding
Step 4: Choose a Type of Limousine
Step 5: Ask Limousine Company About Event Packages
Step 6: Ask About Amenities
Step 7: Ask If Alcohol Is Permitted
Step 8: View the Type of Vehicle You Are Getting Picked Up In
Step 9: Find Out Cancellation And Reservation Policy
Step 10: Determine the Price
Step 11: Have Gratuity Ready for the Driver

Don’t wait until the last minute and do plenty of research to ensure a stress-free experience — from the planning process to right up to the big event itself. Here’s a list of things you should know ahead of time to help you narrow down your luxury vehicle options:

1. Determine How Long You’ll Need the Car

Before you dive into the nitty gritty, let the limo company know how long you’ll need the car. The difference between four and six hours may seem like nothing, but it effects the booking schedule. It may impact your ability to lock down the vehicle you had in mind.

If you’re not sure how long you’ll need the car, it is better to overestimate. If you think you’ll be done with your event in four hours, get a quote for five or six, just to play it safe.

2. Be Watchful of High-Demand Time Periods

If you’re looking for a limo to help you ring in the new year in style, start thinking about your requirements as early as possible, as you’re likely not the only one who will be taking their celebration style to the next level. Summer months like June and July may also be busier times since that’s the height of wedding season.

calendar

Long story short, book early to make sure you get first pick — before all the stragglers rush in at the last minute. The date of use is very important. Even if the limo company is sold out of your desired option on the day you need it, they’ll be more likely to be able to find you something that closely aligns with your needs if they have appropriate lead time.

As a general guide, you’ll want to book a limo for a wedding or in-demand weekend night a few months ahead of time. If you’re renting for a mid-week dinner or during a slower time of year, a few weeks in advance will be fine. For an impromptu ride in a limousine car, a week in advance should be okay, provided you aren’t picky about the color, model year or in-vehicle features. At the end of the day, renting a limo is all about creating a memorable experience, not necessarily about securing a rental at the lowest possible price point.

3. Get as Accurate of a Head Count as Possible

How many people are going? Get a head count before the whole planning process even begins. If you’re not prepared with at least some kind of ballpark details, it can lead to issues later.
Trust us on this one. Just like with overestimating the time you’ll need the car, it’s imperative to allot some space for the unexpected. For example, if you’re expecting a party of 10 for your New Year’s night on the town, you’ll want to book a vehicle built for 12. Like any party, there’s always some last-minute decisions, or people who “forgot” to RSVP. That way, if an extra person shows up, no big deal.

On the other hand, having a couple empty spaces ensures everyone on the ride will have plenty of room to roam around freely. No need to cram all your favorite people into the car like a can of sardines. No one wants to fight off errant elbows in a wrinkled outfit. Keep your cool by being prepared.

4. Decide Which Kind of Vehicle Is Right for the Event

Alright limo novices — there’s a number of stretch vehicles out there in the world, with some better suited than others, for specific events. This is all dependent both on the occasion and the vibe you’re trying to cultivate. If you’ve got a wine tour or are attending a sporting event, a party limousine or bus might be your best bet. If it’s a bachelor party, you might want to go all out, impressing your boys with a stretch Hummer for a night out in the big city.
On the other hand, if you’re looking to keep things classy, for a romantic ride around town or for transportation to and from the church to the wedding reception, you may want to opt for a town car or classic stretch limo.

Plus, don’t forget about the style factor. Let’s say you’re having your wedding reception at a picturesque vineyard, complete with romantic tea lights and a breathtaking view — you’re not going to want an ostentatious bright pink stretch SUV rolling up to whisk you and your beloved off to the honeymoon suite. Instead, you’ll probably want a classic limo in black or white, adding another element to the ambiance.

5. Share the Small Details with the Limo Company

The more information you’re able to give the limousine company, the better. There are many unique limousine companies out there that like to get a sense of what event their vehicles will be at, so they can decorate accordingly. Child’s birthday? Think balloons, streamers and a kid-friendly vibe. Bachelorette party? Maybe something more feminine and fun. You get the idea.

Additionally, if you’d rather not leave these kinds of details up to chance, feel free to share your vision with the customer service rep while you’ve got them on the phone. At Premiere #1, we’re happy to be part of your big event, and we will do everything we can to make sure you get the experience of your dreams.

wedding limousine

Another note on this point, sharing the details of the event with the limo service might also allow them to share special options available for specific occasions. For example, some of the services we provide are transportation to and from scavenger hunts, Pennsylvania wine tours and more. You may find the event-specific packages are a much better deal. Again, it never hurts to ask!

If you’re a minor and are looking for transportation to and from prom, homecoming or other teenage rites of passage, keep in mind you’ll need permission from a parent or guardian. They’ll likely need to be present for the rental to happen.

6. Ask About Amenities

Amenities vary depending on what you’re looking for. A 56-passenger bus rental is going to be focused primarily on keeping riders comfortable and storing belongings, while options that seat 12 to 20 people will offer a variety of perks, such as beverage glasses, bottled water and a top-notch stereo system.

The amenities you’ll need depends on how long you’ll be riding in the limo. A wine tour or a sight-seeing trip will naturally require a bit more in terms of music capabilities, refreshments and more.

Find out what kind of plug-ins are available in the vehicle you’re checking out. Is your smartphone compatible with the plug-ins on board or will you need to burn some CDs or MP3s for the ride? You’ll want to know this ahead of time, so you can get cracking on those event-specific playlists. Ambiance is everything, after all.

Some vehicles of the fleet also have screens and DVD players installed on-board. This is great for bus rentals heading to and from a big sporting event or after a long day touring wineries and other all-day outings. On the flip side, watching a DVD while en route to a trip to the casino or right before a bar crawl can kind of kill the momentum, making passengers settle in for the long haul.

Also, amenities like strobe lights, mirrored ceilings and other decorative elements can work some serious magic if you’re looking to kick up the party vibe a few notches. Combined with your choice of tunes, the party bus or SUV may just be a whole lot more fun than the club. We won’t blame you if you just want to keep riding.

7. Find out About the Alcohol Situation

As far as event rentals go, the party bus is synonymous with loud music, lots of people and, of course, alcohol. We always picture things like enjoying champagne in a stretch limo or having a pre-party drink with the bridal party before taking on the town.

When booking your limo, you’ll want to find out whether alcohol is permitted. In most cases, the expectation is that there will be at least some drinking on board the vehicle, and many limos provide some provision-related amenities.

Before you dive into some of the hard liquor-related questions, consider the tone of the event. If you’re providing an airport shuttle for a special guest from out of town or need a fancy getaway car for your upcoming wedding, you may find paying extra just to throw back a beer is not worth it.

wine glasses

On the other hand, if you’re throwing a party where much of the time will be spent en route from point A to point B to point Z, your guests may appreciate the ability to have a couple glasses of wine or an ice water between stops. Same goes for food.

Many party buses, stretch SUVs and the like feature amenities like an on-vehicle refrigerator, ice and a drink-making station. If you’d like to drink alcohol or soft drinks during your trip, you’ll need to provide your own.  Our stretch Hummer, for example, comes equipped with glasses, water and an ice station. You provide the drinks —  meaning you’ll be in control of the budget and the choice of beverages on hand.

A final word on the alcohol situation. If you plan on serving drinks in the back, make sure all passengers are over 21 and come prepared with proper identification. No one wants to play enforcer, but the limo service is liable for any foul play, and they’ll greatly appreciate your attention to this matter.

8. Check out the Fleet Ahead of Time

Not sure quite what you’re looking for, but know that you want to house 15 of your best friends and a fair amount of beer and wine? You will want to get a sense of what vehicles the limo service has on hand before you make a reservation.

If you’re planning a major event — which is most people looking for a limo — you’ll probably want to take some time before the big day to take a peek in-person at the fleet. See what car you’ll be riding in and make sure everything is up to your standards. Trust us, you won’t want to be surprised when the limo driver comes to pick up your group in a pink Cadillac and you were expecting a black SUV.

9. Find out the Reservations and Cancellations Policy

Find out the cancellation policy ahead of time with the limousine company. If you have an outdoor event that may get rained out, or something comes up at the last minute, you’ll want to know how much you’re on the hook for. When you book with Premiere #1, we’ll go over this in detail, so you’re not in the dark regarding cancellations.

10. Determine the Pricing

Your standard car service will charge by the hour, requiring a minimum reservation of about three or four hours. In some cases, you may be able to lock in a flat rate if you’ll need the car for more than a few hours.

Don’t be afraid to ask a lot of questions. No one likes to be blindsided by additional fees, but renting a limousine can sometimes add up in the same way as buying plane tickets. Just be upfront, and let the person you are talking to know you’re trying to set a budget and you’d like to have a clear picture as to what you can expect.

As far as things like going over the time limit, fuel surcharges and any other little fees, find out the policy upfront.

When in doubt, ask questions. At Premiere #1, we’re happy to answer any questions about the limo booking process — from the small details to anything regarding fees, charges and more.

11. Don’t Forget Gratuity!

If you’re planning a limo ride adventure, you’ll want things to run as smoothly as possible. That means if you have a happy driver, which you will with Premiere #1, the experience and service will be helped by a polite group of riders, as well as gratuity. Be sure to find out if gratuity is included or if you’ll need to tip your driver on the scene. You don’t want to stiff the driver, nor do you want to be surprised by any additional fees.

limousine door

We can’t stress this enough — don’t leave your special occasion details up to chance. Premiere #1 Limousine Service has long been providing quality limousine service to the Greater Harrisburg community, and we’ll be happy to help you figure out what kind of party limousine service is the right fit for you. From stretch Hummers and SUVs and pink Cadillacs to party buses and trolleys, our dependable staff will deliver you to your destination safely and in style, no matter what the occasion.

Call us today, and one of our representatives will answer all your limo rental questions — from the small details such as if there are drinking glasses provided, to the big issues, like price, booking info and more.

Middletown, PA – Premiere #1 Limousine Service is ranked No. 8 on the Central Penn Business Journal’s list of Veteran-Owned Businesses.

This year, Premiere moved up in rankings as the company was listed at the No. 11 spot on the previous list in 2015.

Owner Douglas Rydbom is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He served in the 1st Marine Division from 1983-1989. While serving, he attained the rank of Corporal and served in various locations, including:  Camp Pendleton, California; Okinawa, Japan; Korea; and Pearl Harbor.

Rydbom credits the military for contributing to certain traits that he has and that he believes translate well in the workforce.

“I have always felt that serving in the military presented an advantage when owning a business of my own,” says Rydbom.  “It gives a sense of camaraderie with your employees. You develop good relationships with people and that reflects well upon your business.”

Each week, the Central Penn Business Journal publishes industry lists with information about businesses around the region. This year’s Veteran-Owned Businesses list was published in the December 9, 2016 issue of the newspaper. There were 17 businesses on this list.
